Gerard and Olivier Belin represent the fifth generation of this maison which is characterized by its balanced and pleasantly drinkable Champagnes. Their vineyards are all located in the Vallée de la Marne and in the vineyard they apply reasoned struggle and grassing.
This “Bleu Chic” is a Brut with 9 g. liter and with Malolactic fermentation carried out; it ages in steel tanks and remains on the lees for 20/24 months. About 25% of reserve wine is used in the assembly.
Perfect as an aperitif and also to accompany shellfish, baked fish and pasta dishes, it offers notes of white flowers combined with other slightly citrusy and slightly savory notes. Excellent price / quality ratio.
