VINIFICATION: The careful harvesting of the bunches takes place strictly by hand, to be subsequently followed by a soft pressing at a controlled temperature. The vinification and fermentation take place in oak barrels. Then begins the sparkling process with the traditional Champenoise Method. At the time of assembly, 5-6% of Pinot Noir vinified in red is added to the base vintage wines.

COLOR: Delicate rose derived from the Pinot Noir of La Côte aux Enfants.

BOUQUET: On the nose: notes of raspberries, wild strawberries and candied fruit delicately covered with gourmet aromas such as acacia honey.

PAIRING: La Grande Année Rosé goes best with savory dishes. Breast fillets of duck, quail, pigeon or guinea fowl. Grand Veneur venison sauce. Exotic or oriental cuisine.

TASTE: On the palate it surprises with a great delicacy. The freshness and creamy texture are prolonged by a lively finish.
