The vinification and the subsequent aging on the lees are carried out following the traditional method. The dosage of this Champagne Extra Brut is 5 g / L. The aging of the wine lasts for at least three years in the cellars of the Gosset maison.
Characteristics With a straw-yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage, Champagne Gosset Extra-Brut is complex and harmonious, characterized by floral (acacia, hawthorn) and fruity (pear) aromas.
