€ 7,50Bleu de Bresse cheese is made from cow's milk in Burgundy, in the country that also gave it its name, Bresse, which lovers of good food already know for its prized chicken.
It belongs to the category of blue cheeses, but it is probably the most delicate of these. It has an edible flowery rind and a light scent reminiscent of mushrooms in the undergrowth. The flavor is rich, "buttery", decidedly sweet, with small and well-spread marbling to create a pleasant contrast.
