Tetilla is one of the most characteristic cheeses of Galicia (Spain), made with milk from Friesian, Bruno Alpina and Rubia Gallega cows . It shows pale yellow and soft paste; the nose is very delicate and the taste is very sweet and creamy .

Really curious is the shape too; the name "Tetilla" is used in Galicia to describe a "small breasts".
