Made with 100 % Arabica natural and cultivated in the Cerrado of Brazil to the west of Sao Paulo, in the hill town of Montecarmelo. Here, 700 meters above sea level, the sandy soil gives a lower yield in the harvest but a qualitative high level. It rains very rarely, so the coffee grows and matures healthy with perfect drying.
This Santos has a wonderful outlook. Thanks to the skillful work of Gianni phrases in his laboratory in Verona, this ground coffee in the cup gives an intense aroma of fresh walnuts and honey. Extraordinary for Santos, it is sweet and chocolatey.
