Pasticceria Coggiola began its activity in 1928, in Biella, thanks to the brothers Riccardo and Remo Coggiola. A family tradition handed down thanks to the children and grandchildren of the founders and which today offers some excellences in the confectionery field. Among these, we have selected for you the typical Canestrelli Biellesi, a luxury "biscuit" made up of two crunchy wafers with a heart of pure chocolate mixed with Apulian almonds and Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P.
