This Coppa de Bellota is made with the finest Iberian pork fed exclusively on acorns. It has a beautiful bright red color and a high percentage of fat that makes it exquisitely soft and velvety on the palate. Externally it is sprinkled with a little sweet paprika, then it is stuffed into natural casing and, before the long seasoning, it is lightly smoked with holm oak. A wonderful delicacy!!!
