Loch Fyne salmon is produced exclusively from fish fresh (not frozen) and place of fishing: a fjord called precisely Scottish Loch Fyne, Cairndow located in the South-West of Scotland and particularly renowned for its pure water.
Then worked by hand, after washing with the crystal clear water of the Scottish Highlands, is sprinkled with sea salt and a little 'brown sugar, then gently smoked for more than 12 hours with smoke produced from wood chips made from old barrels for aging whiskey.
This prized salmon (Salmo salar) is characterized by a wonderful look, a beautiful texture of the meat, soft but never cloying, a delicately smoky aroma and flavor really fine and elegant, unique and inimitable.
This beautiful salmon is proposed pre-sliced for those who devote themselves exclusively to the pure taste without having to engage with the cut ... Unlike almost all other types of pre-sliced salmon, Loch Fyne cut its salmon by hand !!!
