Whole monococcal spelled.
It is known as single spelled or small spelled. It represents a rich source of nutrients, essential for our well-being: appreciated by athletes for their high protein content and vitamins of type A and E; more trace elements such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium; low glycemic index; greater tolerability and digestibility. These are its most important characteristics.


For our pasta we choose only Italian cereals that we grind with stone mills for a richer flour. In the pasta there are thus more vitamins, such as those of type A, B, and D, minerals, such as iron, potassium and selenium, essential elements for a balanced diet, for young and old, for sportsmen and gourmets.
