The duck sauce is one of the most food -related tradition Vicenza. An old proverb handed down: "Arna boiled and bigoli round, in Rosario makes happy world", in reference to the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, October 7. This sauce then, is always "married" with bigoli, thick spaghetti rather rough, so as to leave no escape even a crumb of delicious meat. No tomato is added and it is excellent even for the crostini apripasto, preferably warmed. No dyes or preservatives. GLUTENFREE.


The history of these sauces "starts" in 1995, when our family took over a small workshop production hills Breganze .
