Beaujolais Nouveau is a popular new wine French red produced in Beaujolais, near Lyon, with grapes from the Beaujolais AOC. The production process was discovered in the '30s. The search for a method of preservation of grapes in containers saturated carbon dioxide produced a wort particular. The fermentation of this must lead to the first Nouveau.

Louis Tete is one of the oldest Maison of the Beaujolais region, conducted since 1800 by the founding family. The vineyards are located in areas with more favorable climate: Beaujolais-Villages, Château des Alouettes, Domain des Jumelles. The family tradition has been handed down in the beautiful vaulted cellars in Saint-Didier-sur-Beaujeu. Here the wines are selected and assembled after many tastings. The cellars are handled by modern hardware and technical innovation in accordance with the traditional methods. Equipment and modern techniques (laboratory, stainless steel tanks) contribute to maintaining the quality of the wines. Bottling systems and storage facilities, large allow to respond quickly to customer demand.
