This extraordinary Grand Rosé was obtained by Pinot Noir alone and is presented with a beautiful pale pink color and with a very fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose the notes of red fruits are mixed with peppery hints typical of the fruit, aspects that abound and exalt in the mouth.
A wine that can accompany even very complex dishes.


Paolo Bara is certainly one of the small houses that are positioned at the top quality. All the works are owned by Recoltan Manipolatore and all the vineyards are located in Bouzy, in the Grand Cru area.
