The Gaperon is an artisan cheese made ​​from cow's milk in Auvergne , mountainous area of central France . It has an original shape that resembles a small igloo, with thin crust, edible and slightly floral. The paste inside is soft but firm and is enriched with black peppercorns and garlic wires "pink" grown in the Limagne.
