There are numerous French goats aged under vegetable ash and in this case a truly original and captivating shape is also added.
A refined cheese, with a slightly more delicate flavor than others of its kind, being this product with pasteurized milk, while the ash, in addition to giving a slight flavor and having a subtle aesthetic value, helps to absorb the humidity of the paste that remains "Silky" on the palate.
It is produced by a company located in the town of Bougon, a French commune located in the Deux-Sèvres department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
