A "cutting" champagne, without dosage and without malolactic, fresh, fruity and even almost spicy. Obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, as well as Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vinified in red.
The maturation includes 6 masi in barriques and a subsequent refinement on the lees in the bottle for at least 5 years.
