An original Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes matured on vines over 30 years old. It ages 70% in stainless steel and 30% in barrique. The assembly involves 60% of wines from the last vintage, 30% of the penultimate and the remaining 10% of reserve wine.

An excellent brut with a dosage of 7 gr. Liter, perfect for an aperitif or to accompany seafood, fish and vegetable pies. Excellent value for money.
