Delicate version of the classic Italian Ragù, (but in this case, without tomato) excellent on all types of pasta, produced with selected meat of calf only, obtained exclusively from anatomical cuts (no carnettes or processing waste). All the vegetables used are exclusively fresh and each spice is added individually and not from compounds.
The cooking is done according to the traditional method with sautéed vegetables, browning of the raw material and subsequent slow cooking. No type of preservative, acidifying or flavoring is added and is a gluten-free product.
All products are hot-potted and autoclaved, with tracking of the cycle to guarantee the quality of the product.
