Extraordinaryly dense and with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste; from the old recipe od Riccardo Giusti, a selection of the latest harvest and a long ageing in the antique barrels of Giusti’s family renders this round, full bodied balsamic. To be added directly to all foods as a thinck sause, it is ideal for barbequed meats and fish, cheeses, fruit, and also devoured alone.
First Prize 2009 in the tasting organised by “Der Feinschmecker”, the most qualified “food and wine” magazine in Germany and Gold Medal 2008 as “Best Vinegar” at the contest “Sofi Awards” during International New York Fancy Food 2008.
