Wonderful cheese made in Piedmont , in the upper Susa Valley , with pure raw goat milk and aged for at least three months. It has a soft texture and a nice small holes and regularly spread .

The nose reveals subtle notes of the type and characteristics in the mouth has rich flavor and elegant , alternating notes animals to more fruity nutty not toasted . Indeed a refinement cheese !
