Really interesting and engaging, this cheese is produced in Alta Langa, a Piedmontese agricultural area famous for its excellent wines and other food delicacies. It presents itself with edible and straw-colored floral crust; inside the pasta is really creamy, with aromas and flavors ranging from undergrowth notes to other more fruity ones reminiscent of unroasted hazelnuts, ending with a splendid sweetness that even gives "mou" sensations.
