LECCINO MONOCULTIVAR: it boasts an elegant yellow colour with green tones. Taste: harmonious, hints of fresh grass, cooked vegetables, and only just picked almonds. Balance is its characteristic. Use recommendations: fish starters, carpaccio and vegetables. The olive grove is situated on land belonging to the farm and the cultivars are characteristic of this delightful small town in the Prealpi of the Veneto region which enjoys a particular microclimate all year round. Two kinds of oil are produced: Extra-virgin olive Oil made only with LECCINO monocultivar and Extra-virgin olive Oil made with a BLEND of olives (leccino, pendolino, maurino, leccio del corno). To guarantee these products all stages of harvesting and processing are personally and lovingly followed by the producer. It is due to these characteristics that the Colline di Marostica extra-virgin olive Oil has obtained certification ORGANIC by the BIOS Certification Board.
